Nizhoni.co.uk is owned and operated by Susan White, trading as Nizhoni. By accessing this Website and placing an order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Any changes that may be made to these terms and conditions can be done so without any prior notice and will be clearly posted on this page.
 
To make it easy, we have tried to cover the terms through a set of frequently asked questions. We hope they are clear and helpful. please contact us if you have any other questions.

How do I order an item? 

You can place your order in several ways:
 
Online – This is the quickest way and is secure. Simply browse around the site and when you wish to add an item to your shopping cart click on the "Add to Cart" button. Clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top of any of the product pages will allow you to view the contents of your shopping cart, update the contents and finalise your order. The shopping cart is hosted through Paypal’s secure online services and will appear in another browser window.

Payment is simple through Paypal by following the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. Via Paypal’s secure services, you can pay either via your Paypal account or via your debit or credit card. Paypal ensures payments through their secure servers safeguard your card details and your personal information. If you prefer to pay by other means, you can still use the shopping cart, just print it out and send payment later by post.
 
You will be sent an e-mail confirmation when your order is despatched. It will include a copy of the order.

Post – Send us details of the items you wish to buy together with your payment (Cheque or Postal Order made out in GBP Sterling). Our address is on our Contact Us page. We will dispatch your order once your payment has cleared.

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
 
Yes we do. Please email us to arrange this at the time of ordering and we will contact you with the delivery charges.
 
 
What are your delivery charges?
 
Standard delivery to UK addresses is calculated on size and weight of the item including packaging. Deliveries are sent by First Class Royal Mail, or occasionally at our discretion by another courier.

We can send your order by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Special Delivery if you prefer. Please call us to arrange this.
 
What are your delivery terms?
 
We will endeavour to dispatch all online orders received before 1pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day. All other orders will be sent as quickly as possible, usually by the end of the next working day. Deliveries are sent by First Class Royal Mail, or occasionally at our discretion by another courier. Deliveries are normally delivered within 1-3 working days for UK addresses, however we cannot guarantee this.

Do you accept returns?
 
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to let us know your reasons for wanting to return the goods. Upon authorisation, and if you return the goods to us within 28 days in the same condition you received them, we will then give you a full refund for the cost of the goods.

What is your Privacy Policy?
 
Nizhoni is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask you to provide when ordering online is only used to ensure we provide an efficient and quick service. You will be asked to supply your name, email address (for your receipt) and a delivery address. Please include your telephone number as it helps us to contact you in the event of a problem with your order. Your data will be stored securely and not disclosed to anyone else. Nizhoni will never sell or share your personal information with any third parties.

Online payment for orders is made via Paypal’s secure services, either via your Paypal account or via Paypal’s secure debit or credit card payment facilities.
